Terms & Conditions

• Payment in half is to be made at the time of booking. This may be made via online transfer, or cash. On the last day of the event, client needs to pay 40% of the total amount ,10% needs to be paid after delivery.

• No Refund. Only date can be changed.

• The photographer will endeavor to deliver digital negative files as quickly as possible. However, this could take up to 4-6 weeks during busy periods.

• In the event of technical issues, such as hard drive failure or system corruption, which result in the loss or damage of the client's photographs, the wedding photographer shall be liable to refund 50% of the total amount paid by the client. This refund is intended to compensate for the inconvenience and potential loss caused by the failure of the photographer's equipment or systems.

• The photographer will be responsible for retaining and safeguarding the client's files for a period of three months following the wedding date. After this three-month period, the photographer will no longer be liable for the preservation or retrieval of any files. It is the client's responsibility to ensure timely payment and to request or secure any desired files within this timeframe.
